With over 25 years of corporate experience in global human resources, executive development and organization effectiveness, Helen understands the challenges business leaders face and rapidly uncovers ways to turn inertia into action. She operates as a true business partner, seamlessly collaborating with her client’s staff as if she were a member of the team. She is often called upon to manage multi-faceted projects while concurrently building up client capability to sustain the results.

Adept at diagnosing complex organizational needs, Helen designs and delivers practical solutions that incorporate best practices and cover a wide range of business operational and functional areas. She has extensive experience facilitating strategy sessions and executive retreats, launching strategic project teams, designing succession planning and talent management processes, delivering customized executive leadership development programs, and assessing and coaching high-performing leaders and teams.

Helen is certified in organizational development tools and techniques, including 360-degree feedback instruments, leadership assessment tools, succession planning methodologies, action learning and appreciative inquiry facilitation methods, and proven approaches for accelerated implementation of strategic initiatives. She is a magna cum laude graduate of Rider University and studied at the University of Graz, Austria. She is fluent in German.
