We help leaders, teams and organizations perform at their best. We are a team of highly experienced
leadership coaches, facilitators and consultants. Our services include: executive coaching, talent
assessments, team alignment, organizational diagnosis and development, facilitation of strategic
retreats, accelerated strategy execution, and design and delivery of high-impact leadership workshops.
We uncover what is getting in the way of high performance and stimulate action to overcome these
barriers. We also specialize in transforming HR departments to impact business results. We are
headquartered in New Jersey and have been in business for 15 years. Our clients range in size from
small, growing entrepreneurial firms to large, well-established multinational organizations in diverse
industries.
I am Founder and President of Corporate Leadership Resources, Inc. The essence of my role is to build,
nurture and grow strong relationships with clients, colleagues and partners. I work with executives,
senior leadership teams and emerging leaders. I also network with other coaches, consultants and small
business owners like myself and explore opportunities to collaborate. I love working with leaders who
are committed to personal growth and development for themselves and their teams. I enjoy creating
practical solutions to complex problems that leaders are trying to solve, breaking through resistance to
change and accelerating results. Helping leaders and organizations get “unstuck” is incredibly gratifying
to me.
Avoiding distractions that bombard us every day. It takes discipline to carve out time to step back and
think about the big picture. Personal productivity and time management are challenges that all leaders
face, no matter what size organization they are in. To thrive in a small business like ours, we need to be
smart about how we spend our time. One of the biggest challenges is to not let day-to-day demands
and distractions prevent us from generating new, innovative ways to serve our clients and grow our
business.
Dream big and dare to be different. Strive to be your best, true self–not some version of yourself that
you think others expect you to be. Network like crazy and build a diverse web of connections. Listen
and learn from all sorts of people, especially those who think differently than you do. Set ambitious
goals, but don’t take yourself so seriously that there’s no time left to relax and have fun. Take risks and
never stop learning and growing.
